My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, offering a great view across the lake. On the downside, the weather wasn't ideal during my visit. The service from the staff was friendly and welcoming, although some staff members could have been more attentive. The location was convenient, right in the center of Mora, near attractions like the Zorn museum and the MoraKniv shop. The dining experience was mostly enjoyable, with a good variety of food, but there were some disappointing moments with burnt bacon and uncooked pancakes. The facilities were adequate, although some aspects looked like they were put together from a second-hand sale.
