Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, offering a great view across the lake. On the downside, the weather wasn't ideal during my visit. The service from the staff was friendly and welcoming, although some staff members could have been more attentive. The location was convenient, right in the center of Mora, near attractions like the Zorn museum and the MoraKniv shop. The dining experience was mostly enjoyable, with a good variety of food, but there were some disappointing moments with burnt bacon and uncooked pancakes. The facilities were adequate, although some aspects looked like they were put together from a second-hand sale.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, close to shops, museums, and enjoyable activities, but the dining experience was disappointing with inedible burnt bacon and uncooked pancakes. The service was friendly overall, although some staff members were not very attentive. The rooms were quiet at night despite facing the main street, but the sofa bed for my son had a thin and uncomfortable mattress.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The premier room, although clean and freshly decorated, was smaller than what I'm used to in the USA but seemed typical for Sweden. The service in all parts of the hotel was a bit unpleasant and surly. The location was quite amazing, especially being in the very center of Mora, but more fast-food-type places than a cozy hotel lounge atmosphere. The dining was good overall but lacked variety, and the burnt bacon and uncooked pancakes were a major letdown.
My stay at the hotel was quite satisfying. The room, though small by USA standards, was typical for Sweden. It had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. The morning chaos was a bit overwhelming, but overall a good experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were very clean but somewhat lacking in comfort, especially the sofa bed with a thin and uncomfortable mattress. The morning chaos was a downside. The service, however, was excellent, with friendly staff going above and beyond in attention and care for guests. The location offered a great way to relax after a long drive, although not particularly catering to English-speaking tourists. Dining was a hit and miss, with some good options and others not up to par. Overall, a stay with its highs and lows.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, although spacious and with a nice view, felt somewhat outdated like it was put together from a 2nd hand sale. The service was average, with some staff being extremely helpful while others just shrugged off issues. The location was convenient, right in the center of town, but not ideal for English-speaking tourists. The dining options were good overall, but some dishes were disappointing. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional.
Our stay had its ups and downs. The hotel's location by a beautiful lake was a great way to relax after a long drive, and the service staff in Mora were very welcoming and did a good job. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with inedible burnt bacon and uncooked pancakes. The rooms were clean but had some comfort issues with thin, uncomfortable mattresses.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and offered a nice view of the lake but mornings were quite chaotic. The location was great, being right in the center of town, but securing a parking spot was a challenge. The service was friendly, and the dining options were good overall.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, but the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep despite the fan and open window. The morning chaos was a downside, yet the friendly service made up for some of the shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel was lovely, with clean and comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. However, the lack of air conditioning made it hard to sleep. The location was great for relaxation after a long drive, and the dining options were good but could use some improvement. The facilities were spacious and clean.
